Objectives 
The content and approach of your programme will be based on you and your organization’s specific requirements for the employees. We understand that your Business English language training needs are unique and will, as such, design programmes accordingly to meet them. We speak to every delegate before their business English programme, assessing current level, previous learning experience, professional requirements and their short/long-term objectives to ensure that efficient discussion and analysis of business issues are resolved and the course will be highly useful in meeting the individual needs in the business context. After this programme, students will be able to handle situations within the business-context better and thus, be assured of good opportunities of improvement at work. Such a course is important in order to excel in the competitive society.

Course Outline 
With knowledge of the business objectives, SPRING will design a course specially catered to the employers of the organization and focus on:

Effective teamwork and group discussion

Resolving conflicts and avoiding politics at work

Listening and communicating more fluently in English

Reading and writing memos, job applications, e-mails and reports

Course Materials 
Course Materials and Textbooks are compulsory and at a minimal fee
Frequency of lessons
Twice a week, each lesson lasting 2 hours
- 20 Lessons (Complete in 2.5 months)
*Lesson schedule and detailed course contents can be specially designed to meet the differing needs of various schools.
Course Certification
There will be an examination at the end of the lesson and after which, certification by SCI will be awarded.

Requirements 
Since a Business English Course requires at least a basic command of English, students who wish to join the Business English Course will need to sit for a placement test/interview to assess your English proficiency.
