Objectives 
Spring conducts English comprehension and writing courses for students from S1 to S4 level in government secondary schools. This class will inspire creativity in expressing and writing in English and train students to have a better understanding of English passages. The class is specially tailored to the needs of students who are studying English at secondary levels. It helps them to understand the way to form better and more proper sentences, handle essay writing of various topics and write a good and impactful ending to leave marker with a lasting impression.
In addition, this course will help many Secondary school students explore the different styles of essay writing and master the essential writing techniques. It also aims to help pupils expand their vocabulary related to a wide range of topics, as well as strengthen their comprehension and grammatical skills. This is done through step-by-step guidance on tackling the comprehension questions. Teachers will encourage open discussions, build up students’ confidence and provide them with a setting that will allow students to feel comfortable to share their ideas freely, a key factor in fostering an interest in English. Based on the MOE secondary English language syllabus and examination format, this course provides pupils with additional practice material and familiarizes them with the necessary examination techniques.
