Summer Camp Groups:

This programme is specially designed for foreign students who would like to improve their English or Mandarin in the shortest time possible, while taking the time to learn more about Singapore’s culture and tour Singapore. It is an opportunity for students to develop their English or Mandarin Conversational skills in a stimulating environment that encourages language enrichment and development. Objectives 

This course aims to improve foreign students’ listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in English within the shortest time, with the help of our dedicated teachers who are very experienced in teaching English language.

Lesson Time 

A: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
B: Monday to Friday, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
C: Monday to Friday, 9 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Course Certification 

Certificate will be awarded upon passing the examination.

Application Service for Studying in China

1. Consultation provided (30-60 minutes)

  1. Introduction to China Universities that accept foreign students so that Foreign Students can understand the things to expect in the Institutes
  2. Since there are so many Universities in China, choosing the right one professionally to suit the demands of students is very important.
  3. Details on selecting a suitable university with regards to the city/career opportunities/fees because it helps students to adapt to the foreign land fast.
  4. Introduction to China university’s enrolment conditions and procedures
  5. Explanation and calculation of China University’s registration fee and school fees so students can estimate their budget.
  6. Necessary documents needed for application to China Universities
  7. Information on how to obtain notarization and authentication for applicant’s documents
  8. Due date of registration for China universities and the date school term starts. Dates of Public and school Holidays will be given to allow students to plan for their vacation.
  9. China Universities’ accommodation circumstances and charges
  10. Answer any queries of applicants

 

  

2. Administrative work that will be provided
*If client decides to take up the service, there will be an additional service charge for entrustment of administrative matters.

  1. Assist students in choosing 2 most suitable universities in China based on student’s preferences so that it narrows down the choices
  2. Help student to fill in universities’ application forms
  3. Check/arrange student’s application documents
  4. Help student to process application for lawyer’s notarization/Law Society’s authentication/China embassy’s authentication of certificate, examination report etc. (Student has to bear the cost of related charges)
  5. Mailing student’s registration form and application information to the 2 chosen universities (Student has to pay for the registration fee)
  6. Guide students on the procedure to undergo medical check-up after receiving the university’s acceptance letter
  7. Process student’s application for China student visa at the foreign embassy (Student has to bear the visa charge)
  8. If there is any problem with enrolment, accommodation or other miscellaneous matters, we will help students to do the necessary liaison with the authority-in-charge
  9. There will be a 20% discount if student joins SCI’s Chinese Language course
  10. Other unforeseen services

Above is for students studying undergraduate courses at China universities.

For studies in Chinese Language and Chinese Culture courses, the situation will be as follows:

Long-term class/Short-term class: 3 weeks to 3 years
