Committee for Private Education (CPE) is part of SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)
Established under the Private Education Act in 2009, the Committee for Private Education (CPE) is part of SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) is a statutory board empowered with the legislative power to regulate the private education sector. In addition to its role as the sectoral regulator of private education institutions, the Council ensures continual growth and improvement of the private education sector in Singapore.
EduTrust Scheme
EduTrust is a voluntary certification scheme that helps to distinguish higher quality players in Singapore’s private education industry. Private schools who have met the EduTrust Scheme judging criterias such as school management, eduacation quality and financial stability etc. will be granted EduTrust certificates. Standard PEI-Student Contract
SCI adopts the CPE Standard PEI-Student Contract which clearly states the following:
- Course information (including the course full schedule)
- Course fees and payment schedule
- Refund Policy
