Admissions Process
Complete and submit the application form along with the following documents:
- Standard passport photo (White background)
- Photocopy of passport (1st page)
- Birth certificate (Translated into English)
- Highest academic qualification (Translated into English)
- Academic transcript (Translated into English)
Complete payment of application fee. We offer several payment options as detailed below:
- Cheque – Payable to Spring College International Pte Ltd
- PayNow – UEN: 201001911N
- Credit Card (Local banks) – additional 2.5% (on-campus payment) / 3.5% (online payment)
- Credit Card (Overseas banks) – additional 3.5% processing fee
- UnionPay (中国银联) – additional 1.8% processing fee (on-campus payment with NETS QR Code below) / 3% processing fee (online payment)
- NETS (QR Code below)
- Alipay – additional 1% processing fee (on-campus payment with NETS QR Code below) / 1.8% processing fee (online payment)
- Telegraphic Transfer – additional SGD30 bank charge (Overseas Only)

NETS (QR Code)
The NETS (QR Code) is only scannable by the listed Singapore bank appsicon. It is not scannable by WeChat or other payment apps.
- Indicate the student’s name in the reference when making payment.
- All payments must be made in Singapore dollars.
Once admission is granted, SCI will proceed with student visa/pass application and students will have to sign the student contract. Upon student visa/pass approval, students are required to pay all remaining fees.
Please inform SCI if students require accommodation arrangement and the intended arrival date. Once all documentation is submitted and fees paid, students are ready to start their learning journey with us. Please report to SCI for new student orientation, and proceed to ICA for student visa/pass collection.
