Diploma – Business & AI Management

About Business & AI Management Course

Why Business and AI?

Artificial intelligence has moved from a specialist technology into everyday business practice. Organisations across Singapore and the region are adopting AI tools for customer service, data analysis, marketing, operations, and internal workflows — and the professionals who can bridge business understanding with practical AI capability are increasingly the ones who get hired and promoted.

What most employers need is not AI engineers. It’s managers and executives who understand how businesses work and know how to apply AI tools effectively, responsibly, and with good judgement about where automation helps and where it doesn’t.

What Makes Our Programme Different

Blended Learning

Combines face-to-face classroom sessions with online learning — giving you the structure and interaction of in-person teaching alongside the flexibility of studying online.

Applied AI, Not Theory

Three dedicated AI modules focuses on practical application rather than technical theory. You’ll learn to use AI tools in real business contexts, no programming background required.

Six Intakes Per Year

Start in January, March, May, July, September, or November — far more flexible than traditional twice-yearly admissions.

Business Foundations Included

Five core business modules cover law and ethics, statistics, organisational behaviour, information systems, and management principles — so you graduate with genuine management competency, not just AI tool familiarity.

Why Choose Spring College International

Established in 2001, Spring College International has spent over two decades preparing students for successful careers across Singapore and beyond. Here’s why students choose our Business and AI Management programme:

Programme description:

The curriculum is built around two complementary strands. Five core business modules develop the management competencies every business professional needs. Three dedicated AI modules then build applied AI literacy. The AI modules are deliberately practical rather than technical. You don’t need a programming or computer science background to succeed — the focus is on understanding what AI tools can do, applying them effectively to real business problems, and exercising good judgement about where automation adds value and where human decision-making remains essential.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a technical or programming background to take this course?

No. The three AI modules are designed for business learners, not engineers. The focus is on applying AI tools to real business problems — understanding what they can do, using them effectively, and knowing when automation helps and when it doesn’t. If you’re comfortable using everyday software, you have the foundation you need.

Yes. As an EduTrust-certified PEI, SCI sponsors Student Pass applications for international students enrolled in our full-time courses. Our admissions team handles the full process with ICA, which typically takes 4 weeks.

Blended learning combines face-to-face classroom sessions with online learning components. You’ll attend in-person classes for discussion, group work, and direct teaching, while completing other parts of the curriculum online at scheduled times. This gives you the structure and interaction of in-person teaching alongside the flexibility and digital-work habits that modern employers value.

Work experience is not required. Our entry pathway is flexible — applicants need either at least 3 O-Level passes, 10 years of formal education, a pass in SCI’s placement test, or to qualify as a mature candidate (30+ years with 8+ years of work experience).

Graduates typically enter roles where business understanding and practical AI capability overlap — business executive, operations executive, business analyst, marketing executive, workflow or process coordinator are common starting points. Graduates can also progress to bachelor’s degree top-up programmes for further study.

Course fees are detailed in the programme brochure, which you can download from this page. The brochure includes the full fee breakdown covering application, course, materials, examination, and insurance fees.

A common concern, and one we’ve solved. All Diploma students with English proficiency concerns are enrolled in our IELTS English classes alongside their Diploma classes at no extra cost. You can build your English skills in parallel with your business and AI studies.
