 English Course(Conversational)
Objectives 
The main objectives are to enable students to learn tenses, and develop Basic English skills for use in everyday life. A measured, step-by-step approach places emphasis on vocabulary building and conversation would develop basic speaking skills quickly. The presentation of new language is gradual, methodical and clearly structured, giving learners a clear sense of progression. The units are shorter, simpler and clearer for students to enable quick learning and aid retention, targeted towards students with little understanding of the English language. This course aims to introduce the proper speech and pronunciation, and also allow the students to carry out conversations in English confidently, in the correct grammatical rules and proper sentence structures. Students are able to proceed from level 1 up to level 6 to improve their conversational ability.

Lesson Time 
Each level consists of 16 lessons of 1.5 hours or
8 lessons of 3 hours
- Each level will take 2 months to complete

Requirements 
For students enrolling into elementary Conversational English at level 1, there is no requirement. However, for students who wish to join Level 2 or above Conversational English Course, there is a need to sit for a placement test/interview to assess your English proficiency.
Course Materials 
Course Materials and Textbooks are compulsory and at a minimal fee. Material fees are subjected to change depending on the level.

Course Certification 
Students can receive a certificate by SCI upon completion of the course. Whether or not to take an examination at the end of the course is optional.
